By using English-Polish dictionary (the "App"), provided by Dictamp ("we"), you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the rules of Google Play. You must not misuse the App, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, or use it to break the law.

Content

The reference content in the App (entries, translations and texts) is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. Responses from AI-assisted features are generated automatically and may be inaccurate.

Accounts and backups

An account is optional and is used to back up your data. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

The App offers monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the current period ends; you can manage or cancel them in your Google account settings. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew. Purchases are billed by Google, and refunds are handled under their policies.

Advertising

The App shows ads provided by third-party advertising networks, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by Dictamp or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Dictamp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
